This restaurant is far from authentic Chinese food, totally watered down to bland Americanized flavors. I live in Southeast Mississippi and was excited for genuine Cantonese or Sichuan dishes, but Szechuan Bean Curd lacked numbing spice and tasted dull. I placed an order for pepper steak, but the dish tasted absolutely revolting and was completely inedible. I politely asked staff if I could swap it out for another meal since I couldn’t take a single bite, yet they coldly refused and just repeated “that’s what you ordered” without any willingness to help.
