This office has patient records mixed up with those of other patients, resulting in test results being attributed to the wrong person. Their billing lacks transparency, and when you ask for an explanation, you're bounced from one person to another with no clear answers. This is one of the most incompetent medical offices I've experienced. On top of that, the wait times are much longer than at most other doctors' offices.

VERY GOOD DOCTOR AND EXCELLENT HUMAN BEING. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL AND JANA IS LIKE MY FAMILY!! ALL OF THEM ARE NICE AND HELPFUL, TO FIND AN OFFICE LIKE THAT IS RARE IN MIAMI. THANKS TO ALL
It is truly sad that I have to give this low rating to the office of a doctor that I find to be excellent, but enough is enough. The subpar service of the staff are the reason for this low rating. At the end of the day, they are under the doctors' leadership who are to blame for not addressing major issues with their staff especially with the phone, ranging from not answering, to calls dropping while waiting long periods on hold, to not returning important calls and voice messages for over a year now.
