We rented our apartment at the Point in Abington and our experience as tenants was great until we moved out. We did end our lease 3 months early due to finding a house and alerted the company that we would be leaving, unfortunately we were going to have to finish paying the rent that was in our contract. No response to emails, phone calls or stop ins. They didn't refund me my deposit on an apartment or application fee after I was promised a full refund. Buyer beware- do not rent from the company, you can't call anyone at their corporate headquarters.

I, too, would rate PANCO lower than 1 star if I could. I lived in a property owned by another company, until Panco bought it out. I lived there for years prior, loved the place, had great neighbors and community, and had awesome relationships with the staff. Then came Panco. We were promised the moon, lavish upgrades, and a better experience. What we got was what other reviewers who had their properties overtaken by Panco: a disaster. They installed "better" lighting in the common areas, which blinds you at night. They "pain... read more

Not a management company at all - they do nothing to help protect or support resident. Management lacks empathy and concern for resident's well being, they only care about money. Was bought from Greystar and has been a horror ever since.

Don’t rent from them. My rent went up $200 a month after a year of renting. Impossible to break a lease and you need to pay 4 months upfront to break it. Stay away!!!!!!!
