This management company is trash. They recently took over the building I live in (now called The Point Woburn) and it’s been problem after problem ever since. No wifi for entire days, no communication with residents. If you call the office they will hang up on you. Don’t live in a building they manage. Plenty of better options available.

We had a slight mix-up upon the move-out process but Panco Management quickly provided high customer service and care to resolve the issues. We will look at other Panco properties in the future.

this company is the worst, they make money off of the tenants that rent in the properties they managed, and the property managers make up their own rules and regulations, and forget that what is not in the lease it's basically a lie, and they could be liable in court...there is no high standards or commitment of you are coming up with your own rules

We rented our apartment at the Point in Abington and our experience as tenants was great until we moved out. We did end our lease 3 months early due to finding a house and alerted the company that we would be leaving, unfortunately we were going to have to finish paying the rent that was in our contract. No response to emails, phone calls or stop ins. They didn't refund me my deposit on an apartment or application fee after I was promised a full refund. Buyer beware- do not rent from the company, you can't call anyone at their corporate headquarters.
