Pancho’s Tacos We just tried Pancho’s Tacos in Yuma, and we were extremely impressed! We spent around $60 and got one burrito, one quesadilla, six birria tacos, rice and beans, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was flavorful, filling, and the price felt very reasonable for everything we received. The one thing we didn’t receive initially was the consomé for our birria tacos.
