Classic. Food is always consistent!
Consider checking them out! Personally we were not huge fans of the food. It lacked flavor and was just not that good considering and comparing to the many other Mexican restaurants around us and options. The service was great, by Melisa. She was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was nice and great interior.

We have been going to panchos for years, and over the last year.Something has changed.The rice has a burnt taste and smell to it.And we thought it was just us.So we came back a few other times and it was the same thing. But then we knew it wasn't just us, because someone we didn't even know mentioned that the rice tasted burnt and not as good as it used to. We don't know if the recipe changed or the cook changed But we are so sad that we cannot enjoy panchos anymore
I called in for a carry out i came and picked it up but when I got home my order was made wrong didn't get the extra cheese that I asked for and paid for. I called back and told them that they made my order wrong that said they made it right but I told them no you didn't and they even wrote it on the carry out container. That's not the only thing all they did to my order was give me extra cheese on it and not even remake it with a new one. They were also rude on the phone when I called them about the order being messed up.
