I booked an appointment a week in advance providing the type of tint I was wanting (ceramic) and the exact percentages. Once I brought my vehicle in they once again asked me what it was I was wanting and I gladly reminded them. After almost 3 hours my vehicle was ready, I immediately knew it was not what I was wanting and asked the associate if it was ceramic tint as he replied with “oh you wanted ceramic?” once he checked his notes he realized it was written down and they gladly redid it.
