food used to be so good now it taste awful. service is slow DO NOT COME HERE!
I work at the bank down the road. This used to be the place I went for lunch every single day. Now, it seems there is a change in ownership or management and I refuse to eat there anymore. The old manager Dan was great, the food was always cooked perfectly and the service was always fast. In addition I always took my son to dinner for "Taco Tuesday", but last time we went the employees were rude and he said he didn't want to eat there without the young girl or the young guy that always served him. I always go to this Pancheros and never had any issues. Recently they seem to be under new management and it has really gone downhill. Food is good, but horrible customer service. Last time my burrito wasn't mixed, this time tried to over charge me and forgot my coworkers chips. Will not be back anytime soon.
Be sure to ask them to “hold the hair.”
