one of the workers is a complete random who thinks he owns the place and kicked me and my friends out and refused to serve us even after we asked to just get take out
Best burrito experience I've ever had. The place is spotless, the food is fresh and hot, and their tofu is outstanding.
I lived in California for half my life and never had a good burrito on the East Coast until this Pancheros. The carnitas is seriously perfect and the soft steamed tortilla is also perfect. Everything is perfect, no notes!
I had ordered uber eats buy 1 get one free... 2 burritos 2 bowls... but the burritos were missing.. when i aske the driver... she said theybgave me the bag saying that's everything. they didn't put the burritos in the bag just packed the bowls... all im charged for it and when I called panchero the guy on the phone said it not our problem... so unprofessional..
