Edit: You have got to start training the new employees on mixing properly. I can't stand having all the meat at one end then nothing but rice at the other. The mix is the key to your brand. I have been coming to this Pancheros for years, but recently the service has gone down hill. I still have great experiences here, but just make sure you don’t go into this establishment past 8 PM. They give you the most attitude and talk about you behind your back. They were talking in Spanish, which my boyfriend speaks, about us and did not make our food how they normally do. We felt very awkward and may stick to other pancheros in the area.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Pancheros on Greentree Road in Marlton, NJ. I placed an online order for a birria bowl close to closing time. While waiting, I watched a tall male employee behind the counter load his own bowl with an outrageous amount of birria — easily 6–7 portions, far more than any guest would ever receive. Immediately after that, my brother stepped up to order his meal with birria as well.
