Terrible service they do the online orders right in front of you and it takes forever. Had to wait 5 online orders Js to order

I genuinely like going to Pancheros because every other worker there is friendly, respectful, and actually makes the place enjoyable to be in. But there’s one guy there who is constantly rude for absolutely no reason, and every single time he’s working he completely kills the vibe of the whole place. He acts annoyed at customers, gives attitude over simple questions, and makes people feel unwelcome when everyone else there is doing the opposite. Food is always great and most of the staff are friendly. The only issue is the one really tall guy working there. He is consistently rude and seems annoyed with customers every time I visit. I do not know his name, but if you saw him you would know. This is not a one time thing. Unacceptable.
