I used to love Pancheros, but after my recent visit, I’m extremely disappointed. I spent $60, and it was honestly a waste of money. The customer service was awful from start to finish—staff members were rude, aggressive, dismissive, and unhelpful. To top it off, the food was not only poorly made, but it also made me feel sick afterward, it was rancid!!! The place was messy, a lot of cross contamination and the entire experience was a letdown.
