If I could give 0 stars I would. I loved Pancheros. But the one lady with a terrible attitude that works the back counter needs to go. She treats you ordering a simple burrito like an inconvenience and then literally throws your bag on the counter. If you hate your job that much, then why work there? Never going again as long as she is there. Not the first time she's been rude.
3rd time coming here hoping the rude Hispanic lady that works behind the counter was no longer there. Very rude. Her customer service is terrible and I wont be going there again.
