They do NOT care about their employees or their safety at all. As long as somebody is there for the store they don’t care about anything else that happens to their employees when they’re the ones that set their employees up.
Has potential. Currently doesn’t hold the standard it claims. The food is incredible, and is a good price. With more direct instruction and a higher standard to individual stores, Pancheros could be the next big thing. I rate the five stars for the individual employees I’ve met and the food, but I think Corporate needs more accountability.
Great food!!!! Do not listen to online wait time, its wrong. The one by lindale i waited an HOUR AND HALF for my food! UNACCEPTABLE! THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE FOR WALK IN AND ONLINE ORDER! This place is overrun. Plan to wait hours for food. Plan to wait and wait and wait. Writing this bc im waiting ........
