I had an amazing experience thanks to Angelina’s exceptional service. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. She went above and beyond to be helpful, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. You can truly tell she cares about the people she helps. I really appreciated her positive attitude and professionalism, and I would absolutely recommend her to others!

My review is based on two visits, May 4 and 5, 2026. The 1 star for food is because I couldn't wait any longer for my mobile order May 5, so I left and didn't receive food. Otherwise, I think the quality is still there. As others have said, the remodel has made things much worse somehow. Before, I had gone in once and my order was ready, but had to wait several minutes before someone handed me the order. As I pulled in, I saw three people out back on break. I'm a door dasher and this restaurant was better before they remodeled it and fired the staff. There was several Dashers there today and we all waited over forty five minutes to get our orders. I saw that it didn't help that they had separate food stations for online orders because they were moving slow and didn't know what they were doing. The old staff should have not been let go.
Will never come here again after tonight. They remodeled but certainly didn’t remodel their employees. They are just as slow as before, both physically and mentally. Over 10 people waiting on online orders to be made while there’s 6 people rushing the orders for the people walking in. I saw 20 people come and go while I was waiting over an hour for my food. 1 person works the online order while 6 work the in store line, they stand and stare at the 1 person making online orders like they are brain dead.
