Very small portions, did not even fill the scopes all the way. Heard multiple people complain and one leave as well due to the small portions.
Wearing gloves does not mean you are practicing safe sanitization. Please change your gloves after touching your face, screens, etc.
I understand the pressure of serving out food fast. However, today the beans were crunchy. I like your burritos more than chipotle, but the food has been sub-par. I’ll come back in a few months.
The tall thin blonde, I think it was a Manager was VERY RUDE. Refused to make the doordash order I wad picking up for another 15 minutes. What I don't think people understand Is we are a representative of your customers!! I was forced to get rid of the order because I had other people's food in the car. Do better
I get what they r trying to do but why would the customer be the one to suffer. They were running low on chicken so they gave me 1/4 a scope on both my tacos. $12 for 14 small pieces of chicken is crazy. Maybe prepare a little better. Disappointed
