I think it is important for future renters to know that this is not a kid friendly place.
We have been renting here for 10 months, the owners asked us to leave because they are selling the property and don't want children around. They also gave notice to the other family with children, but not the single person. They are discriminating based on familial status, which is illegal. I will be reporting them, and will be talking to a lawyer.
