Kense can not braid!!! She has an old school way of braiding, but even at that— her braids are not neat, your natural hair is coming out. If you know what's good for you, don't go! I hate that I wasted my money, don't waste yours! Nobody in that shop is a skilled braider. They should close this store. She sells old hair and expired gel and glue. she won't even refund you. Don't buy anything from that store. Let alone let them do your hair.
Owner is very pleasant, but she is not efficient when it comes to braiding.
Called asking about hair extensions, basic questions like how much they cost, what colors they have. woman on the phone was very rude and short with me. She was ignoring me and the second time I called she told me to come in and look. I was then hung up on. Very rude customer service I will not be shopping here.
