Love Pancare Health so set up appointments for my son and myself for the Pancare Eye Clinic Bus and had a terrible experience. Was immediately told that my Humana Vision Insurance was not active and not vision insurance, but medical and would not cover an exam. Practically pushed out of the bus while trying to find my Humana Vision account that is vision insurance and covers an eye exam with a $10 copay.
