I go to Pan Care as they have a staff on front desk that are friendly and so helpful. Someone said they didn't go because they hired a VA Dr and it brought down. Well I'll tell you Dr Carbarno is as good a Dr if not so much better than most I've gone to. I go to VA for things I can't get done here and 99%of Dr's at VA are as versed on the Health Care business as any on outside VA. Dr C is as great a Dr as I have ever been able to use.
