While on vacation, I experienced dizziness. My PC dr recommended I go to Urgent care to be seen. The website and sign at the front door says open until 5. At 4:30, I walked in and was told they stopped seeing patients at 3:20.
Sam at the PSJ office is rude! She hung up on me as I was speaking you literally could here the phone slam down. I called her back to let her know that she needed to work on her customer service skills and she laughed.
I changed my health-care system because they hired a former Veterans Affairs doctor. I'm not going to pay for that lack of care twice.
Dr. Effren and this establishment is corrupt, will not have someone from mental health call me as they stated they would, will not perform a dexa scan on me to see if I have any likelihood of breaking a hip or back bones despite my frequent complains of which, and will not return my phone calls. You truly have to leave America to get adequate health care evidently.
