A horrible change for Blountstown. What used to be a community-based pharmacy is now cold, rude, and inefficient -- not what this small town deserves. They no longer carry one of my mother's common medications and was completely rude to her during the process. The situation was so dire her cardiologist called me to stress how important her medicine was (the side effect of not having it: stroke). Great
Absolute waste of time if you have a serious medical condition you'd be better off referring to Google for advice. The staff up front is absolutely clueless and have no idea what they're doing or how insurance works, they always have to send you somewhere else for your problems, Dr Vanessa is a good doctor I will say. Staff is rude and unprofessional as can be. I feel bad for the people misfortune of who have to go there. Poor excuse for a "doctor" office
