As a parent, I would not recommend bringing your child to the Carrabelle PanCare dental location. Before I even went there, I read the reviews, and honestly a lot of them were already concerning. I still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I wanted to make sure my daughter got seen. But from the beginning, I never fully felt comfortable. I went here to hopefully get my molar out. Paid $50 for check up and xray. I was very disappointed how they treated me. I don't even know the doctor's name and her assistant. Before she attended to me, she asked her assistant what my insurance is and when she learned i paid a sliding scale she acted like she doesnt want anything to do with me. Got referral to a surgeon instead and an antibiotic prescription "to buy me time". Rachelle the front desk was nice.
They saved my face, my skin, my health and most of my teeth! lol. I appreciate them because they gave me the referral to get my wisdom teeth removed that were causing me pain in 2023-24. Thank you all!
This place is the worst!!!
Savannah was an absolute joy to work with and answered any questions that I had. The technician did a wonderful job doing my x-rays and informing me on all of the procedures that were going to happen. When the dentist came into the room. she was very pleasant and willing to work with me on the things I needed to have done. There was barely any wait time. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience.
