I really enjoyed my breakfast here, as it had such a cozy and welcoming vibe that felt like a true neighborhood staple. The food arrived quickly and everything was cooked just the way I like it, with the pancakes being fluffy and satisfying. It’s the kind of spot that’s perfect for a lazy morning when you just want a hearty meal without any fuss. I’ll definitely be heading back again whenever I’m craving a classic breakfast plate.
Returned after 8 years to this traditional family establishment. The welcome was friendly and the food from the simple menu was tasty and good value. I had the potato pancakes with apple sauce which were fresh and light. Others that I dined with enjoyed various other pancake types. The interior is a little dated but overall a good option for breakfast in Liberal.
The Pancake House did not disappoint! The outside looks a bit old-time and somewhat dated, so it doesn't quite reflect what you find when you walk in. The interior space is very clean and appears recently remodeled, making for a really nice dining environment while keeping that comfortable, down-home local vibe. The food was incredibly fresh.
