The Panavid team was exceptional behind the scenes at TVOT NYC 2025 in December. Under William Wright’s direction, Kaba and Adam assembled the full A/V setup in just 1.5 hours and had us fully operational without a hiccup. I collaborated closely with William on the media and technical flow, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Professional, fast, and a pleasure to work with. The guys were sweet and there was no stress or drama. Definitely going to work with them again! Highly recommended.

Panavid Inc. was an amazing help on my project - we were working on a project with a quick turnaround and lots of changing pieces and they were kind and accommodating and willing to work with us to make sure the event went off without a hitch! Their LED screens had a really high quality and their crew was also top notch and generally wonderful to work with. I'd hire them again any day!
