Here another review for your effort of calling me and give more stupid reasons. They called me and said the reason they charged my credit card $700 but not my insurance is because I don't let them get a hold on my credit card information. Eventhough they ran the predetermination and my insurance approved it 100%. The lady on the phone said "only 50 out of 8000 customers" don't put down credit card. The receptionist seem to be confused on payment terms. They called me on the phone saying my insurance approved my treatment so they schedule me in. First appointment, they take down a $200 deposit and said they will refund it once the second treatment is completed and they will bill it to my insurance. After 2nd appointment, the same receptionist insist me to pay the full amount as if she had memory lost. We have been going to Dr. Joel Thurmeier for almost 20 years. During that time, we have had other dentists attend to us. All of them are top-notch, and the staff are welcoming, friendly, and very professional. Very happy with this service.
Been here trice already and never been disappointed. Everybody is awesome.
