So far the experience has been excellent. Everything has been going smoothly and just waiting final inspections before service gets activated. We had one issue with no electric to my pool equipment which Panasun resolved without me having to call an electrician, even though it was not related to their installation which I thought was very generous of them. Exceeded my expectations.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, this solar company went above and beyond. The customer service alone truly makes all the difference — they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. I’m so glad I didn’t go with any other company. Choosing them was the best decision I could’ve made, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar!
We had solar panels installed over 6 months ago and are still being charged for power by Duke energy and “Panasun”. I have left messages for someone to call me from Panasuns office with no response and I’ve also been in contact with our sales man four times and can not get an answer. They did send me one refund check but they can not tell me how this will be remedied for future months. Would not recommend this company!
Panasun Solar provided an excellent service before and after installation. They explained the benefits of the solar panels and explained the numbers .Excellent customer service. The panels as expected reduced my electric bill to the minimum threshold.
Buyer beware I was told that I could save money and I haven’t. My roof leaks and I’ve requested to have this system taken off of my home. I was told that if I wasn’t happy it could be removed anytime. This was told to me by the salespersons on two different occasions. Then I was asked to leave it on until they got paid out then I could have it removed. This was said in front of two separate witnesses one who is a well know surgeon I know.
