Panasun did an excellent job installing our solar panels and electrical equipment. Very good team that worked smoothly together. The cleanup was also excellent. Very satisfied having this group working on my home.
I knew very little about solar until I set up a meeting with a Panasun representative. My interest in solar was driven by the ever increasing electric bills from the utility company. The Panasun representative spent a couple of hours with me explaining the process and benefits of switching to solar. We have always wanted to have solar installed for our house, but for the most part it was not affordable as an individual. Thanks to Panasun, we now have solar installed and functioning for a minimal cost to us. It is a great feeling to get away from Duke Energy for the most part. The personnel from Panasun, from sales to installers to final activation have been exceptional and I recommend Panasun to any home owner that wants go solar. THANKS PANASUN!!!
Panasun Solar was great to work with. Sales Rep Gary was very thorough in explaining the whole process and the project scheduler Rachel kept us informed. They quickly resolved a hiccup (created by us) and were so nice about it. The installers were great too. They completed the job in one day and left the area spotless. We would highly recommend them.
So far the experience has been excellent. Everything has been going smoothly and just waiting final inspections before service gets activated. We had one issue with no electric to my pool equipment which Panasun resolved without me having to call an electrician, even though it was not related to their installation which I thought was very generous of them. Exceeded my expectations.
