These folks are scammers! They will charge you for transactions/charges that you did not generate. They taught me a lesson. Now I’m be looking at the individual company reviews before renting. Terrible experience. Turo has been notified.

They charge you with false accusations about smoking fees and damages, seems like they're getting away with that on Turo app. Stay away from Frank!

I had a terrible experience with this rental car company. After returning the vehicle in the same condition I received it, I was shocked to be hit with extra charges for “damages” that I did not cause. There was no clear evidence provided just vague claims and a bill I was expected to pay without question. To make matters worse, they also accused me of smoking in the car, which is completely false. I don’t smoke at all, and they accused of leaving smoke ash in theinterior. I even have a 7 month old child to be falsely accuse... read more
