I had a terrible experience with this rental car company. After returning the vehicle in the same condition I received it, I was shocked to be hit with extra charges for “damages” that I did not cause. There was no clear evidence provided just vague claims and a bill I was expected to pay without question. To make matters worse, they also accused me of smoking in the car, which is completely false. Totally SACMMERS , please don’t rent with them and. Don’t use the app Turo. They use photos were they say I was smoking con the truck (cigarettes on the driver’s carpet), they charge over $700 on fees, please be aware of this company. Willing to show proof of this ESTAFADORES, no se les Ocurra rentar con ellos y mucho menos a través de la app TURO. publicaron fotos falsas de que el vehículo fue entregado en malas condiciones (cigarros en la alfombra) me cobraron en fees más de $700.
