Glenmore Heights 620. Several issues not being addressed. Ongoing for months. Recycling room issues are still a problem and getting worse. There is no access to recycling or compost. I have talked to the local team, including the manager several times and nothing is done. $15 a month fee for recycling. What a mess! What is this monthly fee for? I recently posted a review regarding the mess in the recycling room. It was finally cleared out and cleaned. There is no pickup bin in the recycling room. Why not? Residents are throwing it all over the floor. Its Friday July 31, 2026. Its a long weekend. It's going to be a room packed and inaccessible again by Tuesday. There are many issues not being dealt with at Glenmore Heights. 620 is where I live. The recycling room is a problem that gets worse and not addressed. We pay a $15 per month for recycling. A laundry room that is disgusting. I'm a disabled person and I had to life large piles of clothing off the washers to be able to use it. Unacceptable. Two of the 3 elevators in the building haven't worked for months. One is working. My 90 year old Mom had a cardiac event on Friday. It took 20 minutes to get access to the elevator.... read more
Moved in this month and have had an amazing welcoming experience. Daniela and Crina the managers have been so helpful and kind. Joseph the custodian is super friendly and keeps everything in the building clean & tidy for us. The other tenants have all been incredibly friendly and people are often offering to help me with carrying large items as I move new things into my place. We are already enjoying the shared amenities and common spaces so much including the weight room, sauna, and courtyard, and can't wait to try the ... read more
