Both on pick up and drop off of my UHAUL rental the business did not open on time (according to their posted hours). When I called Rick (owner? Number and name posted on business door) he said “they’ll be there in a minute” and hung up on me.

Rip off! I didn't look at the reviews to pick the place I dropped my Uhaul off. Now I regret it. There was some lint from the blankets we used to pack furniture. They charged me a $25 cleaning fee for what took maybe 30 seconds to sweep out. I have attached a picture of the inside of the truck when we returned it. Never again! It looks bad on Uhaul too. So this place also has U-Haul. I had a reservation at 4 pm. I arrived at 3:58. I waited and started my truck share 24/7 check in on the website for my pick up. I get through the check out and then it tells me I need to actually go inside and get the keys from someone. Weird because I opted for the truck share 24/7 to avoid that as well as it was literally printed on the cargo van I was supposed to pick up. No one was inside but a dog.
