Rip off! I didn't look at the reviews to pick the place I dropped my Uhaul off. Now I regret it. There was some lint from the blankets we used to pack furniture. They charged me a $25 cleaning fee for what took maybe 30 seconds to sweep out. I have attached a picture of the inside of the truck when we returned it. Never again! It looks bad on Uhaul too. Customer service is trash!! Go somewhere else
So this place also has U-Haul. I had a reservation at 4 pm. I arrived at 3:58. I waited and started my truck share 24/7 check in on the website for my pick up. I get through the check out and then it tells me I need to actually go inside and get the keys from someone. Weird because I opted for the truck share 24/7 to avoid that as well as it was literally printed on the cargo van I was supposed to pick up. No one was inside but a dog.
