Have done a few drop ins here while on a family vacation to the PCB area. One of the best CrossFit boxes I have dropped in on over the years and I’ve been to many! Really friendly members and very helpful coaches. In fact, one of the coaches was taking a class and helped me get my first butterfly pull up! The programming has also been great.
PCCF is by far the best CrossFit affiliation in the PC/PCB area. From the atmosphere to the cleanliness, Panama City CrossFit staff is dedicated to making every day a lasting experience. Every time you step into this gym, you are welcomed with open arms and excitement from everyone. The plethora of knowledge you receive from each coach is unmatched.
