While living in Panama City for school, I continued my CrossFit journey at Panama City CrossFit and spent two great years here. The gym is clean, well-organized, and always a fun place to work out, the community made it easy to stay motivated and feel at home.
Super nice affiliate ! Jenna was my coach (Friday, 9am) and she did an awesome job ! They do their own programming and it was a great workout (lift w/ metcon) ! Members were also very nice and supportive ! Only did a Drop-in but definitely would come back !
