I was dropped off at panelex by the RAC after a breakdown. This was years ago and I've used them ever since. This is the first garage where I feel I can trust their quotes / diagnosis. Value for money seems reasonable. They always call before doing any work and have been more than happy to explain what they're doing or why something needs fixing. As with any business that is good, they are usually busy.

First time I’ve used Panalex as my mot was due and I will certainly go back lovely lovely people professional and a garage who actually cares. Highly recommened
Wouldn’t bother with this place. Went there after being recommended on Reddit. I told the issue with the car and why the EML is on and they failed the MOT which is what was supposed to happen but then tried to run a full diagnosis on the car for £120 + VAT. I was called and they didn’t even mention the price for this. Anyway I went to another garage and they did a simple diagnostic and changed the O2 sensor on the car and EML is off. So I wouldn’t trust these lot.
