This place is great. Their tres leches cakes are soooo delicious 🤤 note for English speakers- there are some reviews saying you need to speak Spanish to come in here but the girl at the register spoke English. Only downside is there are no prices listed on anything so checkout is a surprise- marked point off for that. Everything is either not labeled or labeled in Spanish. The layout is you walk in, grab a tray & some tongs, then can walk around and add things to your tray. Checkout line at the end.
La señorita que nos atendió ayer, una joven con gafas, fue bastante grosera y displicente en su forma de atendernos. Mostró poco interés en ayudarnos y su actitud nos hizo sentir como si quisiera que nos fuéramos lo antes posible. He trabajado en servicio al cliente y entiendo que no siempre es fácil, pero considero que es importante mantener una actitud amable, profesional y respetuosa con los clientes. Lamentablemente, esta experiencia fue muy decepcionante y, por esa razón, no volveré a comprar en este lugar.
