I brought my elderly mother for some highlights and a haircut. My mother's hair is quite thin and very short. There were a few highlights added and although it was nice she was charged $195 with tax. I felt this was so unreasonable and definitely not worth the price.

This is the first negative review I have given but I feel inclined to warn anyone considering this establishment. My experience is from earlier this year but I am leaving a review now as I have only just seen their reply to feedback I was asked to give following my visit. The gel manicure I received started chipping within two days and less than a week after I had them done multiple nails had peeled off. I was on vacation and I was so disappointed. Hillary is the best! She does amazing work and she is such an awesome person- great atmosphere while there! Highly recommend!!

For the women above . I was sitting beside you having to listen to your moans and sighs. The workmanship on your toes was superb. The young girl was pleasant and polite to you the entire time. The owner was apologetic, explaining that the young lady had just graduated and that she hoped that you understood why it was taking a bit longer than usual. She offered you a discount. Oh and you forgot to pay! Hmmmm interesting indeed.
