This was my first time booking with this place. A last minute work meeting had me late for my appointment. Panache doesn’t open until 11 and my meeting started at 11, so I was unable to call ahead of time. I called at the time of my appointment to apologize and let them know that I was on the way. Immediately met with aggression and a nasty attitude, so I told whomever was on the other line to just cancel it. This was my first and last impression of this place.
Ms Queen was amazing and very professional.
Best place to get a wax, facial, anything. I had Ms. Queen, she was amazing, so caring, made me feel so calm and also educated me on certain things. Her daughter was also so welcoming. Both were so kind and sweet. Highly recommend
Love love love this place. Ms. Kelly is the best. I feel safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend!!
Had a great experience, went my birthday weekend and I could not have asked for a better send off!
