They charge landlords for services they do not conduct. They employ substandard contractors to make repairs.Invoices can be supplied and inspection reports from the relevant authority can be supplied. They were engaged to just collect rent but took it upon themselves to be bullies so they were told their services were no longer required. Tried to tell owner they were wrong they have no shop front and will only answer queries when it suits them.
