My first time taking my 18 mth old son for a haircut and I was so nervous. We were both made to feel at ease instantly and considering it was my son's first ever experience having a hair cut. The result was amazing. The warmth and understanding of the wonderful hairdresser was outstanding and ensuring my son was soothed throughout also, even though he was crying and had tears running down his face the entire time. Teresa’s professionalism and knowledge is worth every single cent and second spent in her salon. She took my hair from damaged and flat to a beautiful blonde and took care to ensure the integrity was not further compromised than it already was. I was in safe hands and trusted the process the entire time, I did not once question what she was doing because she kept me updated and educated me during the appointment.
