I asked for something, show the picture, she did something completely different and then charge 95 usd. Very bad!
Been going to Mai since I was a little kid. She always gets my layers right, and the cut is always flattering. I drive all the way from Hollywood now to have her do my hair because I trust I'll leave feeling good. Would recommend her to anyone.
