While I have always loved Panache and their chocolates, I had a bad experience on 9/8/18. When I spend around $60 on chocolate popcorn on Fri and then purchase a bag of truffles on Sat, I don't think asking for a glass of ice water is a lot to ask. Unfortunately, it was a big deal to the person at the cash register. I was also charged $.50 and was told it was for the cup and that is what the plastic cups cost them. The extremely rude attitude of the salesperson/manager? left a bad "taste" in my mouth.
