My wife and her out of town guest recently had an extremely unpleasant shopping experience at this store. I saw and overheard their entire encounter at Panache, and I was shocked that any employee would speak to their customers in such an unprofessional manner. They were treated very poorly and completely disrespected by the associate. Too many other options and places for my wife to spend money supporting the local economy.

I really enjoy visiting Panache when I'm in the Naples area. My favorite brands under one roof and friendly, welcoming staff with exceptional customer service.
