The service is absolutely ridiculous! Went into see a doctor. Was told to then wait outside her room while she printed the script. Then proceeded to take another patient in while I waited an hour for my script to be printed... this service is not okay!!!
Have been a patient here for years and have always received the care I need from my doctors, the young ladies at the service counter are polite, friendly and extremely helpful. My No 1 choice of practice in Geraldton By far.
Went here as I needed a last minute doctors appointment, walked in not knowing who to speak to or how things worked here as it was my first time visiting and was not even acknowledged by the front desk ladies. Very awkward and disappointing interaction with them once I finally spoke up after them pretending they didn’t see me standing in front of them. Will not be coming back simply because of the unfriendliness!
Very poor communication, always having to chase them multiple times despite them telling you “they’ll call you back”. Have been on hold for over 30min trying to chase them up also. Chairs in waiting area are also absolutely filthy and have been for some time. Just seems like an establishment that takes very little pride in customer service and how they present to the public. Can’t help but feel it is a service taking advantage of being one of the very few choices in a regional environment.
