Does not do rescheduling after weeks of waiting for an actual appointment
I was a patient of Dr O’Neil before he passed for many years and I was pleased with the care I received. I ended up needing to leave the area and then when I returned I wanted to come back to the practice but I was denied acceptance back into the practice NOT because I owed money, I was denied because I was told I had a history of missing appointments. I went in for an antibiotic for a sinus infection. Shane insisted on lipids test among other things. I told him that would be covered 100% on a wellness exam and I'd rather wait. He had that blood work taken anyway. I paid them $170 the day of the visit. Now I have a bill from HH for lab work. Not to mention, I just received another $44 bill from Panacea today. Save your money and go to a walk in clinic. He'll never treat me for anything again.
