Dr did not care to listen to patient and seemed irritated
Wanted to establish a primary care Dr, as I'm getting old enough that routine screenings are starting to be a thing and I find myself going to urgent care annually for something or another. I liked that one of the doctors was a DO. Called, and was told I had to apply on the website. They scheduled an appointment for me, and sent me an email which went to spam. Outstanding doctors
We love the doctors and staff here. Nurses, admin, everyone is courteous and helpful. We get consistent great care and service here for our whole family. Highly recommend.
Fixed an insurance issue that prevented me from being seen. Called back to reschedule and was basically told they would not see me AT ALL due to the issue. I was told it would be no issues at all. Family recommended this place, I definitely wouldn't after my experience. Wasted my time for sure!
