Very thorough
I was informed when I called to make an appointment yesterday that I had been kicked out of the practice because I had an unpaid bill. I had never received any type of notification from the practice and when I asked for evidence that they had sent it to me they were unable to provide any. Instead, I was told that they sent the debt to collections and that they would not see me anymore. Panacea is a really well run medical practice. I have never waited long for my appointment, or for the doctor to come in. Having Xray and bloodwork onsite is a real convenience. Both doctors are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and spend whatever time is needed with patients. The entire staff is great. I went through several doctors before finding this one and now refer others here on a regular basis.
In a world of declining medical practices, Panacea is a bright shining star! The doctors are brilliant and the staff is the most pleasant I've seen.
The O’Neill family have been taking care of our family since 1992 with Dr Patrick O’Neill and we continue with his sons. We couldn’t be more pleased with the care we have received from them.
