The woman who answers the phone is very rude & unprofessional. She doesn't explain her meaning & has an attitude with ppl because we don't know what she hasn't told you yet. I asked her the location & she failed to mention they're both on Bellaire. Just kept repeating "I've already told you Beltway 8 or Hwy 6" & finally said "Bellaire" after the third condescending answer. With staff like that, I'd rather spend my $ somewhere with decent customer policies!
