This review in no way reflects Dr Gomez; who has always been a true patient care advocate. The office staff and the providers who still work at Panacea Alliance in St Augustine have no compassion, empathy, or interest in assisting their clients achieve a better quality of life. Do not become a patient here. They will neglect your medical needs and steal your money. They cancel appointments and do not notify the patient. This review has nothing to do with Dr Gomez, who sold her practice for retirement and became ill before fully transitioning. As result of her illness, the office was left with no doctor. The new owner, Jose Delgado, has been lip service and nothing else. I have been asking for records for months now. I am now in their office waiting while they copy my records because multiple letters and phone calls have not been successful. This office is unfortunately also dishonest.
