I had major rotator cuff surgery at the Pana Hospital and the staff was great, the new renovated Surgery Dept. is top of the line, nurses and doctor was great. Also had foot surgery there and same experience. Couldn't ask for a better surgery department! Would definitely have surgery there again if ever needed.

We had an excellent experience at the hospital. From the moment we arrived, our nurse at ExpressCare was kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about making sure we received the best possible care. She took the time to listen, answer our questions, and ensure we understood the next steps. What stood out the most was her dedication. I’d give zero if that were an option. We have an extensive environmental trauma issue- if you know us you know. I’d never choose this hospital, but when there’s dangerous weather, we’ve taken our daughter there- to ALWAYS wind up going to Children’s IL or Cardinal Glennon. Been taken there a couple times due to being unconscious, incoherent, etc.- on 6/1 this happened, tele doc from HSHS said I had to stay overnight. If I could do 0 stars I would because I went in by ambulance and they refuse to treat me and kicked me out, and I went in with a lot of pain, and my knee wanted to give out on me. Nerses we're not nice at all, I didn't even see a doctor.
