If you're able to use a different company, even if it costs more, I would strongly recommend going through a different company. They don't care about your schedule, they just pick the date and then charge you bogus fees due to "company policy" Wouldn't use them again if they were the only company available
It is the most terrible express company I ever used. On July 13, 2022, they refused to put the stuffs on the ground if you don't have a lift dock! We paid $9000 shipping fee plus additional $200 lift fee, and they refused to unload the packages from their truck to the floor! (The said it is customer's responsibility to take the stuffs out from their truck). It is a horrible company! After a long time argument with the company, the terrible driver unloaded all our stuffs on the street!
