We stayed here in early October 2026 for a mid week getaway with our two kids (2 and 4), our pup, and one grandparent. Some good and some very bad highlights. Good: The room was fantastic. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and were upgraded to the 8th floor - fantastic views with a lot of space for us all. The location can't be beat. The great service stands out! From check-in, Yuliia from the Front Desk was engaging, friendly, and professional. Charles from Valet proactively offered his assistance in bringing our items to the room. Rachid and his team from F&B were warm and attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of. The selection of food and drinks was superb. The room was clean and spacious. We will definitely recommend Pan Pacific Whistler!
Had a great anniversary trip! The raven room is fun as well in this hotel. The reason i docked a star was because there was leftovers from the previous guest in the fridge. But it's a great location and great friendly staff
