Beds were "meh", otherwise a fantastic stay. Staff was attentive.
This is my 8th stay at a Pan Pacific hotel in 8 years. My check-in experience was deplorable. The female clerk was miserable from the start and not welcoming or pleasant in the slightest. My discovery member status was not acknowledged nor that this is my 5th stay at Pan Pacific Whistler village center hotel. When I asked the clerk to confirm that my room had a mountain view as my booking stipulated, she proceeded to tell me that this hotel does not offer mountain view rooms during booking.
