I came to seattle after finding this hotel had special bathtubs and views of the space needle. I was not disappointed one bit. The room was so very nice and the staff made the trip extra memorable. I seriously do not want to check out and will be coming back here every chance I get. I simply feel robbed. When I arrived, the hotel was completely under construction: the reception was set up in a hallway, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and I received neither the room upgrade nor the bottle of wine that were included in my reservation. I had to spend a significant amount on personal mobile data with my phone provider. The bar and restaurant were closed, and there was no room service. In short, there were no services at all. Wow. This place takes the cake. They were NOT forthright on their website. Had I known that I'd pay over $200 a night to be directly next to construction, I'd have walked away without question. They make it seem like it's no big deal. But it's loud and miserable. Like, we couldn't just go back to our room and chill midday because it was constant noise against our wall from morning to evening.
