RecommendedGot us in right away when we had an issue with our slider. They contacted our warranty company to get the necessary pre-approval, kept us updated and had the repairs fixed when promised. And we were at the beginning of a two month vacation, so we were extremely happy that they were able to help us.
service sucks sales has nothing to do with service
Bought the 2019 Outdoor travel trailer and brought it home April 26th. Getting it ready for our maiden voyage and discover the vent and fan over the bed doesn’t work. Called the service dept and spoke with Bennie. He was very sketchy about getting another. Said he had to get ahold of Outdoor to get their approval for a new one, What???? Finally my husband got through to him and Bennie said to bring it in May 17th. Bennie calls 2:30 May 18th they ordered the wrong vent. How the hell do you order the wrong vent for a 2019!!! Great experience so far! We were treated really well and the guys are super knowledgeable--Alec made it a fun afternoon--we can't wait to pick up our trailer and hit the road!
BUYER BEWARE!! Terrible customer service and NO SUPPORT! PAN PACIFIC Service department is a joke! Brand new Trailer and Roof leaked GALLONS OF WATER along with a ton of other issues!!! Had for 4 weeks and didn't do crap to fix. Told them I needed by Christmas & I HAD TO CALL THEM to find out status. Didn't even get a toilet paper holder for $21k! And then...they forgot it again and didnt install it when it was in to fix the many issues. Told me "they never install them" and that the buyer needs too! Still have issues and ev... read more

Terrible customer service! Our trailer has been in their shop for a faulty propane regulator ( for the second time) and a faulty window seal for 2 months! When we called last month to see about it, we were told it may not be covered by our warranty, which we paid extra for the extended warranty! Our trailer was a year old when this all started... We are now going on 3 months of them having our trailer with no returns calls or any information ... What a disappointment with not only Pan Pacific but also Outdoor RV trailers for... read more
