Get it in Writing – Please look at the Better Business Bureau website; Notice it says unresolved? It is my guess many more have experianced the same but didn't take the time to write formal complaints. My experiance has been one of frustration and disappointment due to poor repairs, having to bring my trailer back repeatedly for the same problems, they have not answered my emails concerning the very long wait for simple repairs and verbal promises that are not backed by written estimates.
