I paid a medical bill in March that I got a collections notice for, however in researching my insurance paperwork they had already paid it. I called the office immediately and was told I would get a refund. I called back in April, and was told they were still working on it. Same this in May. I called again today and was told their accounting department is MONTHS behind, that they have not posted my insurance payment and therefore cannot give my money back.
