Family, loyalty, respect, is what they claim. I worked for 2 years on the sheet metal side under 4 different superintendents. Richard Spears was superintendent when i had to go out on medical leave cause I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. Unfortunately Richard left to move on to bigger and better things. I tried to contact the new superintendent there cause I am ready to come back to work. Never answerd any phone calls or texts. Glad I seen the sheet metal sides true colors cause I'm on to the next one. Wouldn't work... read more
