They ruined my teeth. After my braces were removed, I have worn my retainer as I’m supposed to. I’ve noticed a shift in my teeth. I’ve been asking the doctor about it since 2016. Every time, she tells me it’s fine. Last time I went in, she acknowledged that my teeth have shifted and told me I could spend another $2000 on Invisalign to correct it.
