My boyfriend, a friend, and I arrived here around 12 PM on a Monday. There were several open tables. Since we were in a rush, we ordered quickly. We understood that cooked dishes take time, so we quickly ate the cold appetizers that arrived first.Because of an urgent matter, I had to leave early with our friend. The food was honestly great and I really enjoyed what I ordered, but unfortunately the service was horrible. The staff was not very attentive or welcoming, and they were extremely stingy with utensils and napkins. We had to ask multiple times just to get enough for our food, which was frustrating and took away from the overall experience. The food definitely deserves credit because it was delicious, but the service needs a lot of improvement. Good food can only go so far when the customer service is this disappointing.
Wow. Just wow. The service is excellent, the food came out fast and HOT, and best part, their drinks are delicious. My friend and I got a bunch of different foods (green beans, cucumber salad, dumplings, scallion pancakes and chicken wings) and we had ZERO complaints. Thank you so much for the yummy food! Will be back again!
Food was good, service was absolutely trash. Had me and my wife waiting in the middle of the entrance told us to write our names twice in a piece of paper. Couple of minutes later they sat down someone else that got there after us. We didn’t got offered to sit inside they told us to go outside. We ordered, got the food and they completely forgot about us! No one came outside for anything until we called out for the check and even then they looked annoyed to serve us.
